EventsEdge contracted to create a client Christmas event in an “Under Construction” venue space:

The scope was end-to-end project management including concept and design, catering, food and beverage staff, staff uniform, menu and wine selection, floral arrangements, roving entertainment, jazz band, string trio, security, hostess, catering equipment hire, furniture and décor hire, and floor plan design

Theming inclusive of Christmas floral arrangements and decorations, votive holders, bar tables and stools, and landscaping

EventsEdge collaborated with the building owners in relation to OH&S, electrical works and security, the florist in the design of floral arrangements, the plant supplier in the design of landscaping, and the clothing company in designing bib aprons for food and beverage staff

Negotiation and management of supplier contracts: Venue, florist, plant supplier, caterer, food and beverage staff, hostess, catering equipment supplier, furniture and décor supplier, caricaturist, magician, jazz band, and string trio

Onsite co-ordination and supervision of the event including greeting guests on arrival
