EventsEdge contracted to create a client Christmas event in an “Under Construction” hotel space:

The scope was end-to-end project management including concept and design, catering, food and beverage staff, menu and wine selection, floral arrangements, roving entertainment, jazz band, security, hostess, catering equipment hire, furniture and décor hire, water taxi, client prizes, and floor plan design

Theming inclusive of floral arrangements, Christmas decorations, bar tables and stools, and landscaping

EventsEdge collaborated with the building management in relation to OH&S, site clean, and security, the florist in the design of floral arrangements, the plant supplier in the design of landscaping, and water taxi to transport Santa

Negotiation and management of supplier contracts: Florist, plant supplier, caterer, food and beverage staff, hostess, hire companies, roving entertainment, and jazz band

Onsite co-ordination and supervision of the event including greeting guests on arrival
