EventsEdge contracted to create a series of 2-Day Visual Merchandise Schools for national staff held interstate and overseas:

The scope was end-to-end project management including invitation production and distribution, RSVP management, booking venue, compilation and distribution of course information and handout booklets, individual itineraries for attendees and Presenters, booking flights and accommodation, bus schedule for store visits, in-house and external catering, and floor plan design

EventsEdge collaborated with National Store Managers to organise selection of staff to attend, liaison with attendees, travel agent for booking flights, booking and confirming attendees names and special dietary requirements with the accommodation venue, bus company schedule for store visits and transporting attendees arriving/departing from airport, courier company for sending course information required by Presenters to interstate/overseas destinations, and audio visual requirements for Presenters

Negotiation and management of suppliers: Catering, accommodation venue, bus company and audio visual

On-site co-ordination and supervision of the Victorian events including greeting guests on arrival
