EventsEdge contracted to launch an exciting new restaurant:

The scope was end-to-end project management including concept and design, consultancy on restaurant décor, invitation design, production, distribution and RSVP management, musicians, entertainment, photographer, and floor plan design

Theming inclusive of Christmas tree, floral arrangement, votive holders and floral design

EventsEdge collaborated with the plant supplier in the design and creation of landscaping for the courtyard and streetscape including supervision of installation

Negotiation and management of supplier contracts: Jazz band, DJ and congo player, calligraphy artist, florist, plant supplier, and photographer

Onsite co-ordination and supervision of the launch including greeting guests on arrival
