The 21st birthday party was held in the clients home with a “Winter Diamond” black and white theme. As guests arrived they walked into the living room where the black and white balloons, with silver 21’s attached to the end of the balloon ribbons, were floating.

• Balloon decorations including balloon bubbles with flashing strobe lights and white snowflake cut-outs floating on the swimming pool, and balloon trees that when manually detonated exploded releasing tiny balloons which floated around the room
